Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my order to be done?

Normal production time for awards is 3 to 5 business days (longer for larger orders) and 5 to 10 days for printed appearel. A completion date will be determined when the order is first initiated. Please be sure to inform us of your event date. We are able to rush orders, though a nominal fee may apply.

Can you deliver my order when it is complete?

Yes. We ship around the world. So whether you need it delivered ""down the street"" or around the world, we'll be able to accommodate. We will ship your order via UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed. Expedited shipping is also available upon request. There will be a shipping charge assessed and we will add the cost of the freight to your invoice.

Are you able to produce custom designed awards?

Yes. Using our creative resources, we can design and execute an award that will be unique to your organization. We maintain a complete art department, as one of the important services offered to our customers. Custom awards are a large part of our business. Let us turn your concepts into reality. Do you discount for organizations or for large quantities?

Yes. Awards and ad specialties have certain ""economies of scale"" that allow for quantity discounts. Also with our buying group affiliation we are able to pass along substantial savings to our customers.

Do you have a catalog that you can send out?

We have a number of catalogs available that cover the various markets and product lines that we manufacture. Let us know what your specific need is and we will send the appropriate catalog. A number of our stock catalogs are already on-line. Catalogs to choose from are: Corporate Award; Trophy, and Imprinted Sportswear.

Can we place the order for our awards over the phone?

Yes. Although we prefer that you either fax or e-mail the copy for the awards to prevent any misspellings taken over the phone. For accounts with established credit we can invoice you for the awards. For new or COD accounts we accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover.

Do you have our logo on file?

Most probably, yes. If not mail, e-mail or drop off camera-ready artwork of your logo and we'll reproduce your logo on just about anything you can imagine. If you do not have "camera ready" of your logo, we can take your "stick-man" drawing and make it into "camera ready" art for you with our fully staffed graphics department (for a fee of course, $30 minimum charge and billed at $50 per hour).

What if my awards are damaged or engraved incorrectly?

In the event we make an error, we will replace the incorrect pieces(s) as quickly as possible at our expense. In the event that the error was on your part (i.e. incorrect spelling of a name) we will still replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as possible for a nominal fee. Regardless of the error we will make every effort to have the corrected awards to you in time for your presentation. If your order was damaged in shipping, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you retain all packaging and wrapping materials for UPS or Federal Express inspection. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I return any items for a refund?

No product may be returned without the prior approval from our customer service department. Because of the highly personalized nature of the awards products, only items recieved incorrect are eligible for refund consideration. Most of our products are not reusable after they have been engraved or etched, though in some cases, an engraving plate can be replaced in order to utilize the award for a different occasion or recipent. Please contact us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

What type of artwork do you accept or need?

Your artwork must be provided as a hard copy or digital copy to a sales person. Please note that production delays can occur when digital artwork is provided in the wrong format. Much time can be lost with efforts to convert files that are submitted without following the information guidelines below. Please contact us if you have any questions about the suitability of your digital files or any of our format requirements. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you also mail or email a hard copy of the artwork and any special instructions. Please indicate your sales order number on the artwork if you know it. Artwork is only as good as you provide. Simply because the art file is an .EPS or .AI format does not mean it will be clean and usable. Faxed, scanned or art which has been reproduced numerous times will not improve and will not look its best without additional clean up efforts. Please do not submit web graphics as they are produced in a resolution setting (generally 72 dpi) that is too low for our processes to reproduce attractively. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that will not meet our standards of product quality when reproduced with our equipment and processes. Preferred Vector Based Formats cdr / .ai / .eps / Preferred Bitmap Formats tif / .bmp / .cpt / .jpg / .gif Preferred Programs CorelDraw X5 or Lower Adobe Illustrator CS5 or lower - Must save graphics as Adobe Illus. 7.0, all text must be converted to outlines. Image resolution should be a minimum of 300 dpi and 5""x 5"" insize for best reproduction File Information You must include all EPS or TIFF files used for the job. We can also accept compressed (.zip) files. Files sent via must be no exceed 5MB. Colors When assigning a color to art or text, please use PMS or CMYK colors. This will work for process or spot colors. Following these instructions does not guarantee the art will output. If any of the above is not possible, please send in Camera Ready Art (film or slick), 600 dpi or greater. DO NOT SEND AN ORIGINAL FILE - make a COPY! Artwork billed at $30.00 per hour (ART1). Minimum art charge is $35.00

Can I have a salesman visit us?

Just let us know where you are located and we will have one of our outside sales representatives schedule an appointment.

Do you produce custom embroidered or silkscreen sportswear?

Yes. We supply any type of personalization process, which include personalizing of clothing and sportswear items, quickly and accurately.

Do you produce custom promotional products?

Yes. Given sufficient time and some quantity we can design, manufacture and deliver any type of custom product you can imagine. We can manufacture it internally or source it globally at a number of our factories offshore.
