Art Requirements

Artwork may be provided to us via USB port, compact disc, hard copy, or email to art@wilkinsonstrophy.com or to sales@wilkinsonstrophy.com. 

Production delays can occur when digital artwork is provided in a format other than what is stated below. Please contact us if you have any questions about the suitability of your digital files or any of our format requirements.

Please DO NOT submit any graphics from the web, as they are in a resolution setting (generally 96 dpi) that is too low for our processes to reproduce attractively.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that will not meet our quality standards when reproduced with our equipment and processes.
  
PREFERRED FILE TYPES

#1 Adobe Illustrator – CS5 or earlier, .ai (Original vector art with text converted to outlines)

#2 Corel Draw – X6 or ealier, .cdr (Original vector art with text converted to outlines)

#3 Other Types – .eps, .pdf

FONT INFORMATION
All text must be converted to outlines for vector files. Please be aware that once this is done, the text in your artwork can no longer be edited. If editing is required, you must include the font with the file, or check with us to see if we have that font available.

COLOR MATCHING
If we need to match a specific color, we will need the Pantone PMS Color number. All computer and printers are different, so we cannot match exact colors by viewing it on the computer screen.

Art Help

If you need help with your art we are happy to help. Send us what you have and we will give you a quote. Artwork help starts at a minimum charge of $30 and will be billed at $50 per hour.
