FAQ
How long will it take for my order to be done?
Normal production time for screen printing and embroidery is 8 to 10 days. A completion date will be determined when the order is first initiated. Please be sure to inform us of your event date. We are able to rush orders, though a nominal fee may apply.
Can you deliver my order when it is complete?
Yes. We ship around the world. So whether you need it delivered "down the street" or around the world, we'll be able to accommodate. We will ship your order via UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed. Expedited shipping is also available upon request. There will be a shipping charge assessed and we will add the cost of the freight to your invoice.
Do you discount for organizations or for large quantities?
Yes. Awards and ad specialties have certain "economies of scale" that allow for quantity discounts. Because of our industry relationships and the volume of business we do, we are able to pass on substantial savings to our customers.
Do you have a catalog that you can send out?
We have a number of catalogs available that cover the various markets and product lines that we manufacture. Let us know what your specific need is and we will send the appropriate catalog.
What type of artwork do you accept or need?
Your artwork must be provided through email to our sales team. You may send it to sales@wilkink.com. Please note that production delays can occur when digital artwork is provided in the wrong format. Much time can be lost with efforts to convert files that are submitted incorrectly. Please contact us if you have any questions.
What's the difference between raster and vector?

Do I need to provide my own artwork or do you already have some on file?
Yes! You're welcome to send us your own artwork. If it's in an incompatible file format we can work with you to have that corrected. We also have a team of graphic artists ready to design for you should you need it.
Can I have different shirt & ink colors?
Yes. We can print on as many different colors as you would like, but we want to try and keep the inks the same. If you are wanting to change ink colors, additional charges will be applied.
What if I want to print on my own shirts?
No Problem! We have hundreds of brands on demand, but we understand not everyone wants to go that direction. You are more than welcome to bring in your own apparel. Additional charges will be added.
Do you produce custom embroidered or screen printed sportswear?
Yes. We can customize any apparel, which includes personalizing of clothing and sportswear items, quickly and accurately. Contact our sales team for more information.
